In your car
- Park in well lit areas when possible.
- Have keys in hand and ready to use.
- If you are followed, don't drive home, go to the police.
Walking or jogging
- Tell someone where you are going and when to expect your return.
- Avoid walking or jogging after dark.
- Carry a whistle.
- BE ALERT to your surroundings.
At a party
- Most date rape drugs are colorless, oderless and tasteless.
- Open your own dring and never leave your drink unattended.
