Jackson County Community Service Council
is dedicated to providing a place for community service organizations to meet, network, and form collaborative efforts to meet the needs of Jackson County citizens.

The council also promotes the recognition of groups that render outstanding service to the community with an annual awards luncheon.

JCCSC invites representatives from social service, non-profit, and other community service oriented groups or organizations to attend any of our meetings held at noon on the second Wednesday of each month at the Elks Club.

Several meetings each year feature speakers addressing a myriad of topics and issues of interest to those in the community service profession.

We strive to develop a supportive, invigorating and convivial atmosphere where social service personnel can meet once a month to share their experiences, exchange information and form bonds with their peers over a good meal.

JCCSC sponsors a Public Awareness Booth at the Jackson County Fair which provides educational and informational materials about the many services available to the people and families of Jackson County. The booth is located in Building 3 near the midway.
