Child and Adult Care Food Program

(CACFP)

Funding from the Department of Agriculture, managed and distributed through the Indiana Department of Education, is available to eligible childcare providers who agree to serve healthy food and snacks to the children in their care.  Child Care Network, Inc., an approved Sponsor for CACFP, connects childcare providers within six Indiana counties to the Dept. of Agriculture benefits.

Simply put, through CACFP, childcare providers are reimbursed monthly for most of the money spent on food and milk.  Friendly, knowledgeable staff assists providers with the required paperwork.
